About us
Who we are
We are a non-profit organization which advocates for making psychotherapy accessible to everyone. We have offices worldwide, and our dedicated employees and volunteers are fighting hard for our missions and goals.
Our missions & actions
We believe everyone should have timely access to high-quality therapy at a low cost
Our offices around the world regularly petition different levels of governments and health departments. We ask them to provide more funding for publicly funded therapy and for training professional therapists.
We strive to reduce stigma and misconceptions about therapy
We regularly create blogs, hold webinars and social media campaigns to provide educational information on mental health and therapy to increase awareness, reduce stigma and misconceptions.
We strive to reduce health inequity regarding psychotherapy
Particularly, we fight for the group of vulnerable people who are disproportionately influenced by the lack of access to therapy. We advocate that the government should put more resources and provide accommodations to make therapy more accessible to this disadvantaged groups.
Why we care
We care because psychotherapy is such an important part of mental health care; however, there are so many existing barriers that prevent people from having reasonable access to it.
